1. Services Offered
Rig.Detailing provides professional mobile and/or in-shop vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior washing & waxing
- Interior deep cleaning
- Paint correction
- Rain X Application
- Engine bay cleaning
- Headlight restoration
- Fleet detailing – please contact us regarding fleet detailing.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or social media platforms.
- Appointment availability is subject to change based on location, weather, and workload.
- A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. Clients must confirm the appointment at least 24 hours in advance to secure their spot.
- We may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to inclement weather, unsafe work conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must notify Rig.Detailing of any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee depending on job type.
- No-call, no-show clients may be charged the full service price and may be required to prepay for future services.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, and type of vehicle.
- Mobile detailing appointments will include an additional travel charge of $1.25 per mile, calculated from our base location to the service address.
- Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, and mobile payment options (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Zelle).
- A deposit may be required for high-tier services or specialty coatings.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Rig.Detailing is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us when inspecting the vehicle or up to 12 hours after initial inspection. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including reworking specific areas at no additional charge if deemed appropriate by management.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas prior to service.
- Rig.Detailing is not responsible for existing damage, including but not limited to: rust, clear coat failure, loose trim, or damaged components.
- We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle. Please remove any personal items before your appointment.
- While we take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is handled with care, Rig.Detailing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services.
7. Time Estimates
Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package. We aim to complete services within the estimated window, but detailing is a thorough process and may require additional time.
8. Weather Policy
- For mobile appointments, weather may affect our ability to perform services. If poor weather conditions prevent us from operating safely, we will notify you and reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
- For outdoor services, any temperature under 40°F will either be rescheduled or incur an optional upcharge if we continue.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
- Provide access to a water spigot and power outlet (if required for the service).
- Remove personal belongings prior to the detailing service.
10. Refusal of Service
Rig.Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if:
- A vehicle is deemed unsafe to service.
- There are biohazards (e.g., mold, feces, needles).
- The client is disrespectful, abusive, or uncooperative.
11. Use of Media
By engaging our services, you consent to Rig.Detailing taking before and after photos or videos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes. These may be used on our website, social media platforms, or advertisements. If you wish to opt out, please let us know before your service begins.
12. Modifications to Terms
Rig.Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
